Privacy Policy

In short. KrediPro contains no ad network, no analytics SDK and no advertising identifier, and your data is never sold. Because sign-in is Google or Apple only, your password never reaches us. What we store is the information that identifies your account and the calculations you make yourself. You can delete your account permanently from inside the app.

1. Who we are

This policy covers the KrediPro mobile app and the website at kredipro.com.tr. The data controller is KrediPro.

2. What we process

We process only what the service needs. The app never asks for your address, phone number or national identification number.

If you use Hide My Email with Apple sign-in, we receive Apple's relay address instead of your real one.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, the other apps on your device, or your advertising identifier. We never see your payment card details; where a Premium purchase is made, payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play.

What stays on your device

Some preferences, such as language and theme, are also kept in your device's local storage so the app can render without waiting. Removing the app clears them.

3. Legal basis

We process this data to perform our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), and Art. 5/2-c of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data): without an account your calculations cannot be stored.

4. Where your data is stored

Data is held in Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, operated by Google LLC. The database region is the United States (Firestore nam5 multi-region). If you are in Türkiye or the EEA, your data is therefore processed abroad; creating an account constitutes your acceptance of that transfer.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data and do not expose it to third parties for advertising. It sits only with the providers that make the service run:

Google LLC — Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and website hosting.
Apple Inc. — authentication, if you use Sign in with Apple.

The app reads exchange and gold rates from the public bulletin of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye. No personal data of yours is sent with that request.

Otherwise, data is disclosed only where a competent authority requires it under applicable law.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, the account record and every calculation attached to it are permanently removed from our systems. Copies remaining in the providers' routine backups fall out of the cycle shortly afterwards.

7. Your rights

You have the right to know whether your personal data is processed, to access it, to have it corrected or erased, to object to processing, and to receive a copy of it — under Art. 11 of Law No. 6698 and, where it applies to you, under the GDPR.

To exercise these rights, write to krediprohesaplama@gmail.com from the email address registered on your account. We answer within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or your local supervisory authority.

8. Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all of your records yourself, from Settings → Delete my account in the app. The action cannot be undone. See Account Deletion for the steps.

9. Security

Data is encrypted with TLS in transit and stored encrypted at rest. Database rules ensure each record can be read and written only by its owner: no user can reach another user's calculations.

10. Children

KrediPro is aimed at finance professionals and is not designed for use by anyone under 18. If we discover that we hold a child's data, we delete the record.

11. Cookies

This website sets no cookies, does not track visitors and runs no analytics tool. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs as a technical necessity.

12. Changes

If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of the page and announce material changes in the app.
