Terms of Use

The clause that matters most. KrediPro is a calculator. The figures and schedules it produces are for information only; what binds anyone is the relevant bank's official offer and contract. The app does not provide investment, credit, tax or legal advice.
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the KrediPro mobile app and the website at kredipro.com.tr. By installing the app or creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
2. The service
KrediPro calculates loan payment schedules, note discounting, average maturity, scenario comparisons, true cost (APR) and early payoff, and shows current rates from the Central Bank of Türkiye's bulletin. It saves your calculations to your account and shows them on every device you sign in from.
3. Your account
You create an account by signing in with Google or Apple; no separate password is issued. You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for the security of your account and for what is done through it.
4. Free use and Premium
Free accounts can run three calculations a day; the allowance resets at midnight. Saved history, discounting, average maturity and rate tracking are included at no charge.
Premium unlocks unlimited calculations along with scenario comparison, true cost analysis, early payoff analysis and PDF sharing. The current price is shown in the app.
Where a purchase is made, payment, renewal and cancellation are handled by the store you installed the app from (App Store or Google Play) and are subject to that store's rules and refund policy. You can cancel at any time from the subscription settings of your store account. KrediPro has no access to your payment details.
5. Disclaimer
Calculations use the values you enter and the rates configured in the app. Banks differ in rounding, day-count, commission and insurance practice, so results may diverge from a bank's official payment plan.
Rate information comes from data published by the Central Bank of Türkiye and is for information only; it cannot be relied on as a reference for trading.
Decisions you make on the basis of the app's output, and their consequences, are yours. Any offer you present to a customer must rest on the bank's official documents.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app,
- send bulk automated requests or place excessive load on the service,
- attempt to circumvent the free-use limit or the Premium controls,
- access another person's account without permission,
- use the app for any purpose contrary to applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The app's code, design, name and logo belong to KrediPro. You use the app under a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for your personal or professional use. The data you enter and the calculation records you produce are yours.
8. Changes to the service
We may add, change or remove features. The service may be interrupted temporarily for maintenance, security or technical reasons. We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaches these terms.
9. Termination
You may delete your account permanently from inside the app at any time; your records are deleted with it and this agreement ends. See Account Deletion.
10. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages. Your rights under consumer protection law are unaffected.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee and consumer courts where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms we will change the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
