Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your KrediPro account and everything attached to it yourself, from inside the app, without asking anyone.

Deleting from the app

1. Open KrediPro and sign in to your account.
2. Tap the gear icon at the top right to open Settings.
3. Scroll to the Account section at the bottom.
4. Tap Delete my account.
5. Confirm with Delete permanently in the dialog.

For security, deletion may be refused if you have not signed in for a long time. If that happens, sign out, sign back in, and repeat the steps right away.

What gets deleted

• Your account record: name, email address, profile photo URL, user identifier.
• Your preferences: segment, language, theme.
• Membership data: Premium status, daily calculation counter, creation and last sign-in time.
• All of your calculation records: loan calculations, note discountings and average maturity records.
• Your authentication record (Firebase Authentication).

How long it takes

Your records are deleted the moment you confirm. Copies remaining in the infrastructure provider's routine backups fall out of the backup cycle within 30 days at the latest.

What is not deleted

If you have a Premium membership, the subscription belongs to your store account: deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel the subscription separately from the subscription settings of your App Store or Google Play account.

If you have emailed us, that correspondence may remain in our mailbox. Write to the same address if you want it removed too.

If you cannot reach the app

If you have lost access to your phone or the app, write to krediprohesaplama@gmail.com from the email address registered on your account, with "Account deletion request" as the subject. Once we have verified the request we delete the account and confirm when it is done, within 30 days at the latest.
